Guide To Fast Manual Payments From Your FASTA Login profile
Need to make a manual payment for your FASTA loan? To do this, make sure you have the following details about your loan:
- Yourloanreference
- FASTA’s banking details
To get these details, follow these steps:
- Login to your FASTA profile onwww.fasta.co.za.
- Once you are logged in your profile, select the‘Myloans‘link in the top navigation.
- Then select the‘Open’tab and click on the openloan.
- To view the details click on the‘Manual Payment’option.
- Once you have made your manual payment, please ensure that you send the proof of payment toFASTAvia the Customer Support Portal.
Top Tip: The best way to make a payment is to use our Instant EFT payment option. It isinstant and the payment appears immediatelyin your transactions. Select‘Pay withInstant EFT’ on your open loan.
Comprehensive Guide To Resetting Your Password
If you have forgotten your password to yourFASTAaccount, follow these steps to reset it.
- Please go towww.fasta.co.zaand click on‘Login’, then click on‘Forgot Password’link.
- Enter your ID number (your username), select‘Email’or‘SMS’option; and then add the email address or mobile number you used when you created yourFASTAprofile and click‘Send link’.
- A reset password link will be sent to the email address or mobile number you entered in the previous step. Open the email or SMS and click on the link to reset your password.
- You will land on the reset password page. Enter your new password in the‘New password’field and repeat the same password in the‘Repeat new password’field
- Click‘Reset password’.
Downloading your Settlement Letter
Your Settlement Letter is a letter that has the quoted amount you need to pay in order to settle yourFASTA loanin full, and will include monthly service fees. To download your Settlement Letter, which is only valid for 7 days, follow the below steps.
- Go towww.fasta.co.za, login and go to‘My loans’.
- Select the‘Open’tab.
- Under‘Open applications’you will find yourloanwith a button called‘Generate Settlement Letter’; click on the button.
- The button will turn grey while your request is being processed. When your Settlement Letter is ready, the button will turn blue again and say‘Download Settlement Letter’.
- Click on the button and your Settlement Letter will download.
Top Tip:You can settle your account by clicking‘View’and making a payment using the‘Pay with Instant EFT’payment option.
Downloading Your Paid Up Letter From FASTA Profile
Once yourFASTA loanhas been paid up in full, you will be able to download a Paid Up Letter. To do this, follow the below steps.
- Go towww.fasta.co.za, login and go to ‘My loans.
- Select the ‘Paid’ tab and click on ‘Download Paid Up Letter’ next to your paidloan.
- Your Paid Up Letter will download, which you can then save and view it.
Forgot Password?
If you have forgotten your password:
- Go towww.fasta.co.za
- Click “Login”
- Then “forgot password”
- Choose “sms” or “email” to reset
- you are done and can now fill out a loan application for loans online!
