What is our Customer Support Portal?
Just like ourapplication process, the new Customer Support Portal is 100% self-service, quick and easy to use, and will improve the service we offer to you by decreasing our response time to your queries.
The Customer Support Portal is accessed viawww.fasta.co.zato create and submit tickets based on your query. Our Customer Support Team will personally respond to your tickets within 4 (four) business hours.
How to use our Customer Support Portal
For a faster response, log in to your profile and:
- Click‘Go to my customer portal’.
- Click on‘Support’.
- Click‘Create New Ticket’.
- Complete the on-screen details and click‘Submit’.
- Look out for an acknowledgement of your ticket in your Customer Support Portal and/or in your email inbox.
- We will respond to your query in up to 4 business hours. Look out for an email from us.
- Click the link in the email to view our response in the Customer Support Portal.
- If you are logged in and the ticket is still marked as‘Open’, you can reply to us by entering your message then click‘Submit’.
If you are not logged in, to create and submit a ticket:
- Go towww.fasta.co.zaand click‘Support’.
- Complete the on-screen details and click‘Submit’.
- Look out for an acknowledgement email from our Customer Support Team
- We will respond to your query in up to 4 business hours. Look out for an email from us.
- Click the link in the email to view our response in the Customer Support Portal. You will only be able to respond to this ticket if you are logged in.
