Need to get in touch with FASTA? With an easy to use and simple self-service platform, contacting  FASTA could not get any easier. In this blog post, we share the two ways that you can use to contact FASTA. 

Contact FASTA Online

To contactFASTA, all you need to do is: :

  1. Go towww.fasta.co.za.
  2. Click on ‘Support’ at the top-right corner of your screen (on desktop) or in the drop-down menu (on mobile). 
  3. Complete your Support ticket and click ‘Submit’
  4. Receive a response within 4 business hours

NOTE: if you log into yourFASTAprofile to contact FASTA, you will receive a more timely response.

Contact FASTA via WhatsApp

  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the homepage
  3. Click the “Chat on WhatsApp” button
