FASTA May 2026 Promotion: Stand a Chance to Have Your Loan Paid in Full – Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by FASTA (Pty) Ltd (“FASTA”), a registered credit provider.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion runs from 1 May 2026 to 31 May 2026 (inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility
3.1 This promotion is open to all new and returning FASTA customers who:
- apply for a loan with FASTA via the ClearScore platform during the Promotion Period; and
- are successfully approved and have a loan disbursed in the Promotion Period.
3.2 Entry into the promotion is automatic upon successful disbursement of a qualifying loan.
4. Qualifying Criteria
4.1 To remain eligible for the promotion, customers must:
- remain in good standing on the qualifying loan;
- not be in arrears at any time prior to, or at the time of, winner selection; and
- Customer who settle their loan early (i.e. prior to the contractual end date) will not be eligible for the Promotion.
4.2 Customers who apply for or enter into Debt Review, Administration, or Sequestration at any time prior to, or at the time of, winner selection will be disqualified.
5. Winner Selection
5.1 Three (3) winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible customers.
5.2 The draw will take place during the first week of June 2026.
5.3 Winners will be notified directly via email.
6. Prize
6.1 FASTA will settle the outstanding balance of each winner’s qualifying loan in full.
6.2 The settlement will be processed during the first week of June 2026.
6.3 Any payments made by the customer prior to settlement will be refunded to the customer during the same period.
7. Credit Bureau Treatment
The settled loan will be reported to the relevant credit bureaus as “paid in full,” with no adverse impact on the customer’s credit record.
8. General
8.1 All standard credit, affordability, and lending criteria apply in accordance with the National Credit Act.
8.2 FASTA reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant who does not meet the criteria.
- 8.3 FASTA reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at its discretion, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
